What attention to details, especially the details we requested! Opening Night truly created the dinner we imagined for our wedding event. Jean and Harry took our wishes and desires and made the perfect dinner for US... really fresh ingredients, wonderful seasoning and sauces, and great presentation and service. And such organization! Jean was always ahead of the game, leading us through both meal and business affairs, truly one stop shopping. We really appreciated her knowledge and guidance. Our guests were astonished and raved about the meal quality, and by the way, BEST CARROT CAKE EVER! Thanks for a job well done!

Everything was great this past weekend for Jessica’s Wedding! Your keen attention to detail was not missed. The operation of the evening ran smoothly and promptly and the staff was considerate to client and guest alike. The only negative comment was that the guests enjoyed the appetizers so well that they had to delay their visits to the food stations awhile, which were beyond expectation.

Jean, your calming approach helped from the planning phase, through the tasting to the actual event itself.
