Opening Night Catering is committed to utilizing the freshest ingredients found in The Strip. We only take one Wedding Reception per date. Each event is customized to your vision. Our executive Chef, Harry Ross, is onsite for every event as Head Chef. Our Catering Manager, Jean Ross, personally organizes all aspects of your event from the beginning until the end of your event. This attention to detail is unmatched. Opening Night produces all of the products it servers to our discriminating clientele.
